Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package in real-time using:

If you don't receive tracking information within 24 hours of order confirmation, please contact our customer service team.
Delivery Process
What to Expect

- Signature is required upon delivery for security
- If you're not available, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold at a secure location
- Please inspect the package before signing for it
- Report any damage to the package immediately to the courier and our team
Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in the package being returned to us.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your jewellery,
we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
Return Eligibility
Items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, unworn condition
- With all original tags, certificates, and packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice
- Not custom-made or personalized (unless defective)
Non-Returnable Items
- Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or engraved jewellery (unless defective)
- Items without original packaging or certificates
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Return
Step-by-Step Process
- Contact Us: Email support@jewellery.com or call +91 98765 43210 with your order number
- Get Authorization: We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
- Pack Securely: Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and certificates
- Ship Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (for eligible returns)
- Track Return: Keep your tracking number and monitor the return shipment
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Secure Returns: We recommend using insured shipping for returns. Keep your tracking number until the refund is processed.
Refund Process
Timeline
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank Credit: 3-5 business days depending on your bank
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available,
we can issue a store credit or bank transfer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items showing minor signs of use
- Items missing certificates or accessories
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You can exchange for:
- Different size (for rings, bangles, etc.)
- Different design of equal or greater value
- Different metal type (subject to price adjustment)
To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your item,
we'll ship the replacement immediately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Do not return the item without authorization
We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
For defective items, the 30-day return window does not apply.
International Returns
International returns are accepted within 30 days. Please note:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must clear customs without issues
- Original customs duties are non-refundable
- Refund will be processed after item clears customs and passes inspection
